I’m supposed to blog today and I’ve got nothing.
Sorry guys and gals, I’m failing you today.
It’s just that my writing has me all over the place. My muse is half-asleep and not on her game. The kids are pulling me in ten different directions and I’m not doing anything all that well this week.
I will leave you with this quote:
“I don't want to achieve immortality through my work, I want to achieve it through not dying." Woody Allan
Anne Rice started writing her Vampire novels after suffering through a tragic death in the family. The idea of the undead, never dying.
Why is it so appealing to you?

Living forever would give me time to be more alive.
I'm there with you, Rebecca. I should be writing, but I can't seem to focus on it. I've four stories nearly finished and I've stalled. This I think is one of those times my soul is telling me to step back and take a deep breath. Life exists outside my worlds. Or so I've been told.
LOL So I'm spending tomorrow doing nothing.
What is appealing to me isn't so much the living forever as the experiencing forever. What if we'd walked the Earth from Adam's time. What would we have seen--experienced? Would we be merely observers or makers of history?
