Buried Under My TBR Pile

Well before I put pen to paper and started writing, I was a reader. I still am, to be honest. I'm a firm believer that if you want to write, you have to read. Of course, someone forgot to mention that when writing takes over more and more of your life, the reading time gets less and less.

A few years ago, I could tear through books like nobody's business. I didn't have a TBR pile because I was usually well ahead of the curve. Now, my TBR pile is huge. And that's just the physical one, I wince at the thought of counting how many ebooks I have waiting for me on my Nook.

Now I use books I really, really want to read as ransom for myself. You can't read that book until you straighten out that story line. You can't start that book you've been dying to read until you get this synopsis written. And so on.

Now, for something to possibly add to your TBR pile on your e-reading device. I'm over at fellow Paranormal Romantics author Stacey Kennedy's blog today. I'm talking about why romance and a tender love story play heavily into my latest release, Perfect Limit--a story that takes place in a BDSM club. Romance, a tender love story and BDSM?? Say it ain't so! *g* Come on over and check it out, leave a comment and you could be entered to win a free download of either of the Sypricon Masters books--your choice!
